Age 46, went to be with the Lord in Heaven on December 14, 2007. Kelly was born on April 5, 1961. She was a 1979 graduate of Waverly High School. She is survived by her daughter, Staci Lynn Klein of Coral Springs, FL; her parents, Corlette Phillips of Lansing, MI, Frank (Gloria) Phillips of Apache Junction, AZ; sisters, Kathy Phillips of Blanchard and Kenda (Michael) Tappen of Lansing and three nieces, Taylor, Sydney, and Hayley Tappen; and her very special friend, Kevin Roche of Kentwood. Kelly enjoyed fishing and being at the beach, helping others. She had a great love for children and animals. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. Thursday with a Remembrance Service at 4:00 P.M. Thursday in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery in Six Lakes, MI.
