Larry enjoyed anything outdoors including fishing, hunting or even sitting on his front porch taking in the scenery. Family was most important to him. He loved spending time with his grandkids, playing cards, and telling stories.
Larry was the beloved husband of Joyce Silk; loving father of James (Teresa) Silk, Aaron (Crystal) Silk, Erik Silk and the late John Silk; cherished grandfather of Jonathon Silk, Chase Silk, James Silk, Noah Silk and Torielle Silk; great grandfather of Sage Silk; dear brother of Donny Silk, Chuck Silk and the late Kathy Sims, James Silk, and Danny Silk; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews; and special friend and cousin to many.
A visitation will be held Saturday, October 15 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm with a funeral service to follow at 3:30pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes 900 E. Michigan Avenue Lansing, MI 48912.
