Linda was born in Lansing, Michigan, and was a proud graduate of Grand Ledge High School. She went on to build a career with the State of Michigan, where she worked in the tax department for many years. Linda enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. One of her favorite pastimes was shopping. She loved spending time browsing stores and finding something special.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Linda is survived by her sister Colleen (Stephen) Copeland; half sister Deana (Tim) Miller; niece Krystal (Fraley) Copeland; and nephew Kenneth JD Wiltse. She was preceded in death by her parents: Wilbur and Shirley Staton.
