Loreen Morgan

of Lansing, Michigan.

Age 77, loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, February 24, 2018.

Loreen worked as a secretary for the Lansing School District; retiring December 2000. She and her husband enjoyed spending time with family and friends, attending southern gospel music concerts, square dancing, golfing and traveling; spending their retirement winters in Destin, FL. Loreen was a long standing member of Bretton Woods Covenant Church; regularly playing the marimba and was passionate about knitting hats for cancer patients and the homeless.

Preceding Loreen in death is her parents Harry and Noma Kowalk, son Scott Simpson and brother-in-law Wendell Wasnich. Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Jeff Morgan, son Kevin (Jana) Morgan, sister Barb Wasnich, grandchildren Crystal Jones and Aliyah Morgan, great-grandchildren Tavin and Landon Jones, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2-4, 6-8 P.M. Friday, March 9 in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 West Saginaw, Lansing. Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday March 10, 2018, at Bretton Woods Covenant Church, 925 Bretton Rd., Lansing, with Pastor Andrew Gates officiating. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
