

Louis was born on September 10, 1931, in Gladwin, to Right C. and Frances A. Foutch. He passed away June 10 in Lansing at the age of 78. Louis graduated from Gladwin High School in 1949 and married Agnes “Nancy” Foutch in 1951. He was a Field Engineer for Christman Construction for 42 years. Louis loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of the Central United Methodist Church of Lansing. Louis is survived by his wife Nancy of 59 years; children, Catherine A. Bargenquast and Jeffrey L. (Yvonne) Foutch; grandchildren, Michelle Popowich and Alexander Foutch; brother, Ronald Foutch; sisters, Rosalie Phillips and Beverly (Larry) Robinson; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Frank, and Dennis; sisters, Betty Edick, Donna Glasgow and Florence Foutch. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 13, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 14, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Ronald Brooks, officiating.
