Margaret was created by the Father, shepherded by the Son, and imbued by the Holy Spirit. Margaret was never known to show anger, always gave forgiveness, and was humble and caring. She loved and was loved by her husband John, her children Richard, Deirdre, and Michael, and her grandchildren. Since 1991, Margaret was continuously tested by metastatic breast cancer and numerous treatments of chemotherapy and radiation. Margaret never showed her pain, but offered that pain back to her Lord. Margaret's earthly accomplishments were many - teacher, school principal, and Assistant Director of the Department of Education for the State of Michigan, but her most treasured achievement was being good to all - that is Margaret's epitaph.
A funeral mass for Margaret will be held on July 14th at 11:00 am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, located at 955 Alton Rd., East Lansing, MI 48823.
