Michael Cleveland O'Berry

Mike graduated from Lansing Eastern High School and enjoyed working summers on the Goodrich farm in Vermont with Ralph and Auntie Irene. He excelled in sports, to include football and ice hockey.

Mike married Lynn Hildenbrand July 25,1982, and they enjoyed almost 40 years together until her passing in 2022.

Mike was employed by General Motors, retiring after 30 years of service. He was an entrepreneur and for many years owned and operated car wash businesses.

Mike enjoyed traveling, fishing, entertaining at his cottage on Lake Michigan, and attending MSU basketball games.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Caitlyn, who was the light of his life, brothers Chick O’Berry, David O’Berry, sister Patricia O’Berry, nieces Meghan O’Berry, Kaytee O’Berry, his brother from another mother Harold Dall, grand dog Boogie, and a host of extremely good friends who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with the service to follow immediately. Pall bearers are Gary Buckner, Chad Szymanski (Spiz). Denny Tarbell, Charlie Villegas, David Wedley, and Rob Stanley. Honorary pall bearers are Chick O’Berry and Harold Dall.
