From the moment he was born, Michael filled every day with laughter, love, and light. His joyful spirit, curious mind, and tender heart touched everyone he met. He had a gift for making people smile and could brighten even the hardest days with his humor and warmth.
Michael loved fishing, football, cars, e-bikes, motorcycles, swimming, and exploring construction projects. He had an incredible knack for fixing just about anything he could get his hands on, always curious, hands-on, and eager to learn. He cherished his role as “Uncle Michael” to his nieces, Ellie and Skye, and shared a special bond with his siblings, Gracie and Carter Montague, who will carry his memory with them always.
He will be forever loved and deeply missed by his parents, Jenna Montague and Andrew Sammon; his siblings, Gracie and Carter; his nieces, Ellie and Skye; his grandparents; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were blessed to know him.
A celebration of Michael’s life will be held at 12:30 pm Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Gorsline-Runciman Tiffany Chapel, 3232 W. Saginaw St, with visitation from 10:30 am until the time of service. To honor his bright and adventurous spirit, guests are invited to wear blue, Michael’s favorite color.
Though his time with us was far too short, Michael’s laughter, curiosity, and love will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew him.
