She was born October 30, 1934, in Lansing, Michigan to Earl and Ethel Comstock. She graduated from Lansing Eastern High School in 1950. She worked at Abrams Arial Survey Corporation until having her first child in 1957. She served as an active member of the United States Bowling Congress of Lansing for many years and loved being a volunteer at St. Lawrence Hospital for 35+ years.
Pat’s greatest joy in life was her children and grandchildren. She raised her children in the house built by her husband, and one that she made a home. Pat was blessed to celebrate every Christmas morning at her home with her children and their families for 67 years straight. She passed away peacefully in her home due to the loving care of her children.
She was actively involved in bowling, golfing, and harness horse racing throughout her life. Pat and her husband owned several racehorses and spent years enjoying this together.
Pat loved playing and watching sports and was always there to support her grandchildren in their sporting events. She was a huge Spartan fan and was so proud that all five of her grandchildren chose Michigan State University for their higher education degrees.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Mulder;parents Earl and Ethel Comstock; brother James Comstock.
She is survived by her 3 children; Thomas E (Donna) Mulder of Grand Ledge, MI, Pamela L (Bill) Peterson of Grand Ledge, MI, and Timothy G (Lisa) Mulder of DeWitt, MI; 5 grandchildren Amanda (Matt) Davis, Autumn (Chase) Skinner; Trevor (Amanda) Peterson, Tyler (Nicole) Peterson, and Nathan Mulder; and 6 great-grandchildren Layla Davis, Parker Davis, Ella Peterson, Ava Peterson, Charlotte Skinner and Calum Skinner. She was excited to hear of another great-granddaughter due in November; special niece Connie Dickhaut and many other nieces and nephews.
