Tony was my favorite cook! I go to Bob Evans every day for breakfast, and therefore, we became good buddies. I loved his blueberry pancakes, and he always made my pancakes the size of the plate.
I made him a certificate that labeled him “Best Pancake Maker”, which he proudly displayed. There’s a copy of the original certificate I gave him still hanging in the kitchen.
Everyone is really missing Tony a lot, both the staff and the customers. I know I’ll never forget him! Rest In Peace, Tony!
