Phat Dech Luc, age 89, of Lansing, Michigan passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023.
A funeral service for Phat will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 East Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI 48912. Following the funeral service, there will be a graveside service at East Lawn Memory Gardens, 2400 Bennett Rd., Okemos, MI 48864.
