Sending my deepest condolences to Rafael's family. I was his supervisor for most of the last nine years, but I also considered him a friend. Rafael is one he hardest workers that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He could always be depended upon and go above and beyond. He was very proud of his sons and spoke of them and his grandchildren often. It also made him very happy to go back to see his family and dad in Mexico. I am very happy that he was able to do that back in November. I have a lot of very fond memories of Rafael-listening to his stories of how he came here, his various adventures over the years and the night he tried to teach us some dance moves. He truly is one of the best people I have met in life and I learned a lot from him. I will miss seeing him every day and hearing his laughter. Rest in Peace Rafael.

Rafael I met through working at GM, he was my co-worker. He was a very good friend who spoke of he's love for dancing. He would come into work wearing he's shining gold and diamond ring's wearing expensive cologne. I would often laugh with him about cheap cologne and how he would never buy that! He was a hard worker and he would never hold back on doing he's best, he gave he's all. He was very meticulous about he's work. He would often speak about he's love for he's family. He really loved he's sons and grandkids. I will miss him so much ..he was such a great person so full of life. Rest peace my friend.

My husband and I knew Rafael from working together at GM. I'll always remember what he taught me and I paid attention to what he was teaching me. He was one of the hardest workers there and was very particular about the way his "rider scrubber" was left. I considered Rafael my friend and if I had questions how to do a certain floor. He'd show me the right the right way to do and how to make it look like good. I'll always have good memories working with him and the many times we'd be waiting on the wax and Rafael saying "Come on Melissa let's go out and smoke."

The 2nd Shift JLL/Eurest Crew at GM LDT purchased the Vivid Recollections for the family of Rafael "Chester" Morales Quintero.

Tio, you gave me the gift of celebration through dance! You taught me to really hear music through teaching me how to dance, you helped to bridge the cultural gap for me by teaching me to dance, in a way that made me love and enjoy what I was learning. I know I will miss looking for you on the dance floor at our family functions, but I know I will feel your spirit everytime I dance with my cousins! I love you and I will miss you!!

When i was pregnant w Aurelio my Tio Chester never let me drink pop. Everytime he seen me w a cup in my hand he would come up to me and ask what i was drinking and if i said pop, that was it. He would literally take the cup away from me and say "No, No pop Vero! No es bueno para el bebe!" And he would bring me a cup of water lol. Ill miss you but ill never forget you! Love You Tio Chester!!

He was the great dancer of all the get togethers of friends and family..good friend of my husband (Sergio)...played soccer with all the oldies friends at Francis park...Chester will be missed but always remembered..:cry::sweat:
