Reynaldo Alvarado

Reynaldo Alvarado, age 78, of Holt, Michigan passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. He was born on June 28, 1944 to his parents Pedro and Petra Alvarado in Alma, Michigan.

Ray is survived by wife of 21 years Linda, his daughters; Jennifer Keeton and Anjanette Monroy, grandchildren; Brooke Crosby, Jordy Crosby, Emily (Tyler Osmer) Monroy and Makayla Alvarado, his stepsons; Michael Persons and Christopher Persons, and daughter-in-law; Mary Alvarado, his brothers; Salvadore(Teresa)Alvarado, Angelo(Lennie) Alvarado, and sister; Minnie(Basil) Ybarra, as well as; many loving nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Pedro and Petra Alvarado, wife; Cheryl Alvarado, his son; Michael Alvarado, son-in-law; Robert Monroy, brothers; Eugene Alvarado, Sylviano Alvarado, Albert Alvarado and Pete Alvarado, and sisters; Margarita Alvarado, Anita Kingman, Angie Medrano, and Delores Rosales.

Ray will be remembered as an avid 3C Billiard player, someone who loved to fish and play Bingo, but most of all he loved to hang out with his buddy, Cooper.

There will be a Celebration of Life luncheon on January 29th at 2:00pm at the VFW Post 2406, 695 Lansing Road, Charlotte, Michigan 48813.
