With saddened hearts and faith in our lord, Rosalee was called home to heaven unexpectedly at the age of 76 on April 24, 2015. Rosalee was born to Lester and Theola McCauley on July 30, 1938 in Lansing. Rosalee was the neighborhood babysitter, a retired caregiver at Imy’s Pad, and loved to take care of everyone. Rosalee was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; two sisters; her loving husband; Carl Jones; and precious grandson, Ronnie Lee Jones, Jr. She is survived by her 6 children, Carla Jones, Carlene (Johnny) Verwey, Charlene (Phil) Valley, Ronnie Jones, Robert Jones, and Raymond (Kathy) Jones; 17 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and her sister, Joyce Fouts.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Towar Hart Baptist Church, 6157 Towar Ave, East Lansing, MI with a visitation one hour prior to service.
