RoseAnne Luella (Osborne) Welch passed away the morning of January 15, 2021, at Divine Assisted Living, in Haslett, MI. RoseAnne was born in Sparta MI on May 21, 1937, and was raised with her 8 siblings in Saranac, MI until she met and married the love of her life Evert. They married on Sept. 4, 1954 and spent the next 66 years in Lansing until July of 2020.

Over the years she worked and volunteered at the schools while her children were younger, then worked at Burger King, Delta Flowers, Rick Anthony Florist and Welch’s Food Center. Where she enjoyed being creative and meeting people.

Surviving is her husband; Evert, sister; Nancy Lautzenheiser; 5 children, Debra Franke, Ronald (Michele)Welch, Roxanne (Mark) Davis, Loretta (Neil) Conklin, Melissa (Marty) Belen, 18 grand-children; Dennis Franke, Chad Franke, Ronalee (Kyle) Nicholas, Jonathan (Mikeala) Welch, Joey (Kaylee Butts) Welch, Amanda (Scott) Bedard, Andrea (Kyle) Watson, Stacy Davis, John (Emma) Conklin, Kari Conklin, Hannah Belen and Kath¬leen Belen, 9 great grandchildren; Ember Nicholas, Gunner and Rivers Welch, Hadley Welch, Cameron Bedard, Kaleb, Kolton and Kinzlee Watson and Carolee Conklin. She was preceded in death by three of her sons; Dennis, John, and Evert.
