Sandra Marie Flynn

Sandra Marie Flynn was born on January 25, 1946 in Lansing, the daughter of Robert and Shirley Ireland, and passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at the age of 69. She will be remembered for her cooking, her creativity and as a loyal friend. Sandra was preceded in death by her step-father, Eldon Hansen; her mother and step-father Shirley and Jack Stinebaugh; her father and step-mother Robert and Lucille Ireland; and a special niece, Michelle Bartkowiak. She is survived by son, John Seiler; daughter, Jamie Flynn-Donth; son James Flynn; daughter, Jena Flynn; step-son Christopher Flynn; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Cindy Wiborn, Nikki Stuber and Sharon Hallock; special friend Jola Ford; and her best friend of 61 years, Ronnie Jeannero. A funeral service will be held at 11a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI. The family will receive friends from 4:00~7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19 at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Interment in East Lawn Memory Gardens in Okemos will follow the service. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel.
