I will always remember Steve as a great guy with the best laugh ever!  Carole, Karen and family are in our thoughts and prayers.

This is brother Aubrey Brown went to Everett and graduated with Steve in 79. We will miss you brother. My wife use to cook rib and bring them up to Tim cottage, that the last we seen of steve but we will always pray for the kid and family.

My dad just called me with the news of Steve's passing.  I loved him.  Going back to the days of playing basketball at South Baptist Church, motorcycle riding, and just telling stories.  We used to laugh until our faces hurt!  I always looked forward to seeing Steve when I visited from Delaware.  I wish I could be there for the funeral tomorrow.

I hope his children will always know how much he loved them!  He obviously loved his grandmother and Carole and Karen, too.

I will miss him very much!

Childhood friend, poker buddy, father of 5 and gentle soul, Steve will be missed by all. We had fun as kids and reconnected after high school and during the early years of my married life. I will never forget his laugh and the ease of which he smiled and brought smiles to the faces of those who knew and loved him. I offer my heartfelt condolences to his family and friends in this difficult time. A little know fact (except to my family) is that when my childhood dog Gretchen had seven puppies and everyone in my family got to name one, my puppy's name was 'Steve'. I will miss my friend Steve.
