Steven Craig Larkins

Age 54, died on June 2, 2015, in Lansing, Michigan. Steven is survived by his children Deneshia Larkins and Deontrey Larkins of Lansing; brothers Omari “Greg” Asifa, Anthony Larkins, Stan Larkins, Duane Larkins, Charles Larkins, Tondra Farmer, Daryl Johnson, and a host of nieces and nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents Vassie Ryan and Norman Johnson.

Steven was born on May 25th, 1961 in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated from Sexton High Schoo l and accepted a position as a Corrections Officer with the State of Michigan where he worked for over 15 years. Steven was a great family man and a loving father. He enjoyed almost every sport, but anybody that knew him knows that fishing was his favorite hobby. He would spend hours a day on the river and made sure his children had a love for fishing as well.
