DJ and Linda,
I am so very sorry. I just realized this was your Suzy. I remember Suzy and Chrissy’s time back in children’s ministry at Mount Hope and when I use to take them shopping. My heart breaks for you. I know the immense pain and brokenness you feel as I lost my son a year ago. Hugs to you all!

I remember Suzy from Reno's. I was there regularly to oversee charity fundraisers that were held several days each week. Suzy hired in as a waitress and her dad, DJ, proudly introduced her to me. Suzy stood out! She always had a kind word and friendly smile and she was good at her job. She was quickly promoted to bartender but she would still stop into the space we used for the fundraisers and say hello and take an order on the fly. I have asked DJ about Suzy many times since Reno's because I genuinely liked her. Suzy left an impression. She will be missed for sure.

I am thankful I got to meet Suzy during a visit with Jason from Arizona. We all (Jason, me, Shelley, Sierra, Austin, Suzy, Chrissy, Little DJ, and DJ) went to Cedar Point. I just remember her smile and how I could feel and see the love she had for her family and the energy she had about life. I pray that God wraps His arms around her family and let’s them know she is safe in His care until they all meet again.
