Terri Jeanne Jankoviak

Terri Jeanne Jankoviak, 57, of Dimondale, Michigan passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015. She was born in Lansing, Michigan on May 1, 1958 to Tracy Owen and Jeanne Marie (Swaninger) Halsey. Terri was a fun loving woman who cared about everyone she met. She would do everything she could to make people happy. Terri retired from the Michigan Education Association after 35 years. She was an avid golfer, a staunch MSU sports enthusiast, and a dedicated Union supporter. Terri was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Jankoviak; and father, Tracy Halsey. Surviving to cherish her memory are her son, Matthew (Adalie Poland) Jankoviak; mother, Jeanne Halsey; brother, Jeffrey (Debra) Halsey; many nieces and nephews; and her dog, Chamois. A Service of Witness to the Resurrection, officiated by Rev. Timothy Chon, will be held Thursday, June 18, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at North Westminster Presbyterian Church, 743 N. Martin Luther King Blvd., Lansing, Michigan. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions in honor of Terri may be made to The Capital Area Humane Society or to Advent House Ministries. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel.
