Tim had a passion for music, especially southern rock and blues. He enjoyed playing his guitar. He loved sports and was an avid Spartan and Los Angeles Rams fan.
Surviving are his parents, Gary and Virginia (Schultz) Wilson; son, Timothy James (Sara) Wilson; sister, Teresa (Patrick) Tegels; numerous grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Wilson.
The funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes Lansing Chapel, 900 E. Michigan Ave, Lansing, with visitation from 11:00 am until the time service. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
