Born February 12, 1911 in Czechoslovakia, the daughter of Louis and Anna (Bottoloti) Furlan, died May 30, 2012 at the age of 101. She was a member of the Church of the Resurrection since 1938. Preceded in death by her parents; brothers; sisters; and her husband Louis in 1957. Surviving to cherish her memory are several nieces; nephews; and several special friends acquired over the years. She enjoyed a good game of bingo, any kind of chocolate and hot wings. Her favorite color was blue. A special thank you to Bickford Assisted Living and Great Lakes Hospice of Lansing for their special care and love. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, June 4, 2012 at the Church of the Resurrection, 1531 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI with the Rev. Gerald Ploof as celebrant. The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 3, 2012 from 2:00 ~ 4:00 PM and 6:00 ~ 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI and one hour prior to mass at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to the Church of the Resurrection, 1531 E.
