Zachary Toupin

Zachary Hunter Toupin of Pleasant Lake unexpectedly passed away May 6, 2026 at the age of 24. He was born August 3, 2001 in Toledo, OH. Zack was a lover of all things nature, enjoying many day trips across Michigan with his brother Andrew. He especially enjoyed spending time at Pictured Rocks and Sleeping Bear Dunes. He loved working on cars and was restoring his 1990 Fox Body Mustang. Zack was a loving and reliable family member, quick to give a huge smile.

Zack graduated from Holt High School in 2020 and received his Automotive Technology Certificates from Lansing Community College in 2022. Zack has been employed by Shaheen Chevrolet as a Certified Technician for the past five years.

He is greatly missed by his identical twin, Andrew Garrett Toupin; father, David Michael Toupin; mother, Cristi Jean Siekierka; grandparents, Linda Toupin, Keith (Dolores) Toupin, Lloyd "Woody" and Carol Ellwood; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, May 13th at Restoration Life Church, 5455 W. Willoughby Rd, Lansing with visitation from 3:30 pm until the time of service.
