SCHMIDT, Anthony C., 93, of Largo, FL died Oct. 3, 2014. Anthony was born in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Largo in 1972 from Newtown Square, PA. Before retirement he was a salesman for Atlantic Richfield Oil Co., Philadelphia, PA and Pelican Stationers, Clearwater, FL and a former owner of the Weather Vane, Clearwater. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and formerly St. Jerome Catholic Church, Largo, U.S. Army Air Corp veteran of WW II and a longtime active resident of Oak Manor Senior Living. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marguerite (2005) and daughter, Linda (2006). He is survived by his daughter, Barbara S. (Thomas) Overstreet, Madeira Beach, FL; grandsons, Marc, Carlos and Michael; grandaughters, Teresa Godcharles, Laura Frechette and great grandchildren, Rhett, Wade and Drew Godcharles and Ava and Evelyn Frechette.
