SLATIC, Arthur “Artie”, 88, of Largo, FLdied June 13, 2011. Artie was born in Brooklyn, NY. He served 23 years with the US Postal Service. He was a member of St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, Largo, a US Army veteran serving in WW II, V.F.W. Post 4364 Pinellas Park and the British Floridian Club. He is survived by his wife Jennifer; children, Jennifer Ann (David) DeLosa, Covington, PA and William Slatic, Seminole; grandchildren, David A., Jennifer L. and Elizabeth A. and great grandchildren, Daniel J., Dalton D. and David J.. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church.
