Memories,
They are all we have ❤ I met Brian at a very young age high school days.  He was always kind and outgoing then years later I got to meet his beautiful wife Becky they had came in town and showed up at a job I was working.  It was pleasant to see him and her and be so very happy!  I never got to get close to Becky but I sure seen their many fun adventures.  It saddens me to hear about this loss for I know that it takes such an impact on you of all people.  I never got the chance to meet the outgoing boy's but I'm sure they are awesome as well without a doubt.  I really wanted to be there for Becky today but I am taking care of a critical ill young man at the moment I want her to feel loved by everyone and God to wrap his loving arms around this family and all their outgoung memories he was one silly Catt and I know an infectious love for success!  All my love to Becky and the boys today!!!❤❤

I’m shy and will probably be too upset at the services to stand and say words to the group so I wanted to share a little here.  Brian is the love of my life, I was head-over-heels from the time we met, he said I looked like I had a glow around me from across the room.  He was my opposite and so we both felt the instant electricity, my heart told me that I would love him forever, no matter what, and I did.  I quickly found out how wild he was and how different he was than me, a girl from a small country town with little life experience.  He drove me crazy at times but my love was too great to stay mad for long and I could never imagine life without him.  Life with Brian was like being strapped into the front seat of a roller coaster that never stopped!  It was exciting, he had big ideas, he was brilliant and full of energy and we made a great team.  I’m so grateful I’ve had so many amazing experiences because of Brian and his vision.  I have wonderful children and extended family and friends that I love so much.  He was fearless, brave, not always conforming but, he didn’t believe in limits and thought we could do anything so we were able to have many extraordinary experiences.  Life was not perfect but definitely never boring!  I’ll be forever grateful and cherish the years of incredible memories.  I’ll miss that beautiful smile and laugh and all the affection he gave me every day.  When a person lives that hard and wild it can take a toll on mind and body, but he did more living in his time on earth than most.  It’s not the number of years, it’s the quality of those years that create a life worth living.  I’m comforted knowing his mind and body are now at peace, he was suffering greatly by the end.  I miss him but I still sense him nearby, blowing through the breeze I feel on my skin, chirping in the birds I hear, present in the passing clouds I see, he’ll always be in the universe with me. 

To start off let me tell you how sorry my mom and I are that Brian our next door neighbor has died . He was such a great guy and always treated us great . He asked us one day if we would like the branches of our trees in the back yard cut off. We just said alright and he did it . On another day Brian asked us if we were using our clothes line . We told him that we were not using it . Brian then asked us if we would like to have it cut down . We told him that he could . So he wasted no time he cut our clothes line down . You couldn't want a better neighbor than Brian Catt . I hope and pray that Brian is now with you Lord Jesus ! My prayers are with Brian's family and friends . Rest in peace now Brian . Oh hell where do I start? He lived on Victory ct I was on Taylor dr. From an early age we grew up around each other. If you knew us you knew the times we shared. If you know the skit on SNL of the wild and crazy guys? That was Brian! Just don’t remember a time around him that wasn’t in search of a good time. Though many of us have veered off on our trails in life I’ll never forget him or the times we had. An old tree next to Providence High School comes to mind often. Be in peace brother, until we meet in that tree again...✌🏻

First, I want to extend my condolences to Becky, the kids, Brad, Bruce, all family members and friends. Brian and I met when we were around 12 years old but formed a deeper friendship when I defended him against a bigger classmate. From that moment on we hit it off, the beginning of  a life long friendship.  We were cut from the same cloth and shared in a lot of teenage firsts, most of which, due to legal and ethical  reasons I will not go into here! I will say, from us being shot at by Ann Harmon's dad to relieving some eggs from the confines of their carton, Brian always had a zest for the wild side that was infectious and spoke directly to me! Even though we drifted over the years, if we did get together, it wouldn't take much for us to go out looking for eggs to liberate......passing cars beware! Good or bad, right or wrong, in contact or not he was my friend and he will be missed! Cheers brother, I hope you and Jamie are having a cold one.....save a seat at the bar for me!
