He was born on January 7th, 1952 in Ocilla, Georgia to Elton Ovid Kilgore and Lillie Purvis.
He worked construction all his life.
He had a passion for football and loved the Dallas Cowboys.
He is survived by his kids Jennifer, Dino (Missy), and Carrie, his grandkids, Jocelyn, Allyssa, Mariah, Haley, Destyni, J.J., Skyla, and Michael, his great grandkids, Averie, Nolan, Jasun, Chosen, and Jaliyah.
He was preceded in death by his mother Lillie Kilgore, father Elton Kilgore, brother E.O., and sister Lutrielle.
A celebration of life for Carroll will be held Friday, May 3, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774.
