Catherine Kutche

Catherine Ann Kutche, 70, of Largo, passed away February 18, 2024. She was born July 27, 1953 in St. Petersburg, FL, to the late Lou Chase and Peggy Macdonald. Cathye was a graduate of Dixie Hollins High School and St. Petersburg College. She married Augustus C. Kutche, June 30, 1972. Cathye was a Registered Nurse for nearly 40 years having worked with Suncoast Hospice at the end of her career.

She enjoyed gardening, tending to her fur-babies, being surrounded by her grandchildren, and beach sunsets. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who was loved and adored by family and friends who all say she was one of the sweetest, kindest people they knew.

Cathye is survived by her husband of 50 years, Augustus Kutche; children, Ryan (Jamie) Kutche and Kelly Hazelton; beloved grandchildren, Taylor Fowler, Delaney Fowler, Hanna Kutche, Hailey Kutche, Emma Kutche, Jackson Kutche and Tyler Secor, as well as her great grandchild Simon Fowler; brothers, Michael Chase, Bob Chase, and sister Gail Markham. A celebration of life ceremony will be held on March 24th. This will be a casual service per her wishes.
