Bickimer, Charles J. Jr, 87 of Belleair Bluffs died Monday April 6 at Brookdale Nursing Home, Largo. Born Feb 4, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio he was the son of Charles J and Jeanette Coorlas Bickimer. Charles was Vice President of Tecca Distributing Company in Cleveland, Ohio and he owned and operated Shopping Centers after moving to the Florida area. He served in the Us Army in Korea. Charles was a member of the Belleair Country Club and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years Elizabeth Duke Bickimer of Belleair Bluffs whom he married Dec. 10, 1988, daughters Patricia (William Guthlein) Bickimer of Boston, Kathy (Dr. Richard Nesto) Bickimer of Boston and Peggy (Ed) Bell of Boston, step son Martin (Sharon) Goldman of Chapel Hill, NC and step daughter Saundra Goldman of Plano Texas, brother Raymond (Nancy) Bickimer of Belleair, FL, grandchildren, Adam, Eric, Caitlin, Andrew, James and Julian and 2 step grandchildren, Emily and Rebecca. A celebration of life service will be 10:30 am Sat. April 18th at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Rd. Largo, Florida 33774.
