Gaudet, Charles Robert (Bob), Jr. 68, of Indian Rocks Beach died Sunday, May 1, 2016 at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center, St. Petersburg, FL . He was the son of Charles and Florence Gaudet (deceased). Born in CT and raised in both CT and FL, he graduated from Riveria Beach High School, FL, enlisted in the Air Force serving from 1966-1970. He served in Viet Nam stationed at Danangh Air Base.
Bob settled in W. Palm Beach upon his return and later moved to the Gulf coast residing in Indian Rocks Beach for the past 30 years. He is survived by 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Muriel (Phillip) Crow, of FL, Charleen (Charles) Knapp of CT, Nieces; Wendy Crow Broussard, Rebecca Crow Chu, Linda Knapp Del Gezzi, Jennifer Knapp and Nephews; Terry Crow, Barry Knapp, Robert Knapp and 15 great-nieces and nephews.
Memorial service Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Rd., Largo, FL. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice and Palliative Care Floor of the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., N Bay Pines, FL 33744.
