She was born on January 27, 1936 in New London, Connecticut to Florence Perkins & Frank Perrino.
Cindy graduated from Concord High School in Concord, New Hampshire and received her diploma in nursing from Concord Hospital School of Nursing.
She was married to James Elbert Pearson on April 6, 1957.
Cindy had a career in nursing with Morton Plant Hospital and Pinellas Park Health Department.
She had a passion for her great grandchildren, grandchildren, and children. She continually made photo albums for her four great grandchildren and prior to that for her grandchildren. She has almost 100 photo albums dating back to the late 1950s. She also enjoyed crocheting, knitting, reading, puzzles, games, and Kahlua when she could sneak it in her coffee or milk. She has been an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning since the team began. She is a #1 fan of the Impractical Jokers and enjoyed meeting and joking with them on four of their cruises. She had a fetish for traffic cones, which is still unexplained; on one of their anniversaries, Jim gave Cindy an orange traffic cone with a rose placed in the top which became one of her favorite gifts from him. Cindy and Jim were veteran cruisers; they enjoyed taking cruises by themselves and with friends. After Jim passed away, Cindy would take her grandchildren on cruises with her. She could always make people laugh with her quips and funny statements such as ordering diet water at a restaurant with a straight face. One server bested her by bringing out an empty glass. While raising their three children, summer vacations included camping their way up the east coast to visit family in New Hampshire and others along the way. Cindy and Jim enjoyed going to listen to their friends who played music at different venues. Cindy met her friends at McDonalds for coffee each morning which was the highlight of her day. Besides her family, Cindy had a lot of friends who she cherished.
She was survived by her children: Jack Pearson from Allen, Texas; Debra Styers from Trinity, Florida, and Tammi Jewell from Raleigh, North Carolina; her grandchildren: Eric Pearson from Pembrooke, New Hampshire; Brian Pearson from Clearwater, Florida; Jeffrey Tomkinson of Raleigh, North Carolina; and Jennifer Johnson from Clayton, North Carolina; her great grandchildren: Emily Pearson, Alexander Tomkinson, Lucy Pearson, and Rebecca Johnson; her sister: Kathy Jones of Henrico, Virginia.
