MATTHEWS, Dorothy "Dot" 77, of Belleair Bluffs, passed away Nov. 29, 2007. She was born in Moundsville, WV and moved here in 1987 from Bloomfield Hills, MI. She was a sales associate for J.L. Hudson in Pontiac, MI. Dot attended St. Patrick Catholic Church and enjoyed needlework, crocheting, going to the beach shelling and was also a cancer survivor. She was the beloved wife of Leo Matthews Sr. of over 59½ years; loving mother to Leo (Karen) Matthews Jr., of Dunedin, Dave (Barb) Matthews, of Trinity, Dan (Jan) Matthews, of Lapeer, MI; also daughters, Diana (Tim) Lentz, of Rochester Hills, MI, and Debbie (Danny) Church, Oak Park, CA. Also surviving are her half sister, Linda Rusinko, of Wooster, OH; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and her beloved Yorkie, Missy. Memorial Services will be Sunday, Dec. 2, at 1 pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home Serenity Gardens Chapel, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo.
