Elizabeth Miller, 94 of Largo, Florida passed away on Saturday June 9, 2018 at Oak Manor Senior Living Community. She will be missed dearly by her loving family and friends.
She was born in Milford Square, Pennsylvania to Charles Reiner and Gertrude MacIntyre Reiner on October 12, 1923.
She graduated from Lansdale High School, Lansdale, Pennsylvania. During WWII she worked at Hunter Spring Lansdale, Pennsylvania doing Piece work. She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Largo, Florida.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Norman, Parents Charles and Gertrude Reiner and Siblings, Samuel Reiner, Edna Diehl, Gertrude Schatz, and Charles Reiner.
Elizabeth is survived by her brother Daniel, Daughters, Caryn Cole and Beth Riggio, Sons, Ray Miller and Peter Miller. Grandchildren Cale Cole, Ryan Miller, Kelly Miller, Brad Dienst, Nicole De Stefano, Olivia Riggio and 4 Great-Grandchildren, Keith, Jayce, Madison and Jackson.
Elizabeth was a kind, loving and generous soul with an infectious laugh. She immensely loved spending time with her Grandchildren. She loved camping with the love of her life, Norman. She enjoyed crafting with her daughters. You could always find her first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee doing the crossword puzzle in the daily newspaper. She spend hours playing Scrabble with family members. She enjoyed life.
Celebration of Life for Elizabeth will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018 between 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, (Casual Attire). Location Taylor Park, 1100 8th Ave. S.W., Largo, Florida, Shelter 5. Southwest corner of the park, over the bridge then to your left.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice in Elizabeth’s name.
