

Helen Stover, affectionately known as Mollie, passed away on August 2, 2024, at the age of 89, in Clearwater, Florida. Born on October 26, 1934, in the charming town of Leon, West Virginia, she was the beloved daughter of Bessie Howell and Mont Hill. She was married to her love, Gene Stover.
Helen's journey through life was marked by her dedication and grace. A proud graduate of Point Pleasant High School, she found her calling as a transcriptionist, bringing her meticulous skills to Morton Plant Hospital and Suncoast Hospital. Her professional dedication was paralleled by her active involvement in the Transcriptionist Association. Beyond her career, Helen was a connoisseur of life’s simple pleasures—her passion for cooking, gardening, and the company of animals was matched only by her deep love for her family.
She leaves behind a loving legacy through her children: Dreama Hall, Kim Stover, Lisa Osborn, and Terry Stover, along with their cherished families. Helen's spirit will continue to shine through her grandchildren, Lacey Chretien, Jason Hall, and Jeremy Hall, as well as her great-grandchildren, Katlyn Hall, Huxley Hall, and Bristol Chretien Her family also includes her dear siblings, Charlotte Tobin, Scotty Hill, and Ronald Hill.
In honor of her memory, the family requests that donations be made to Kiddyup Ranch at (http://kiddyupranch.org), a cause close to Helen's heart.
Helen’s warmth, kindness, and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
A graveside service for Helen will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home & Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, 13401 Indian Rocks Rd, Largo, FL 33774.
