LOWE, Irene C, 97 longtime resident of Regal Palms Assisted Living Facility of Largo, FL passed away on Monday, August 3, 2015 at Sabal Palms Health Care Center. Irene was born on June 15, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Arthur & Mary (Lubeck) Stobbe. She moved to this area in 1974 coming from Chicago and was a homemaker. She is survived by two loving daughters Pat Zellner of Largo, FL and Carol Urquhart of Palm Harbor, FL along with three grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a sister Lorraine Lindstrom of Chicago, IL.
