72 of Clearwater Beach, Florida passed away on Monday, August 8, 2011 in Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater, FL. Jim was born on April 30, 1939 in Baltimore, Maryland. He served in the US Army and retired from General Motors. Jim is survived by his loving wife Patty Jean Carrigan along with two daughter Kellie Lee (Jamie) Johnson and Kathleen Elizabeth Carrigan and a grandson Joshua Morris. Jim was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Selma (Shallow) Carrigan, a brother Donald Carrigan and a sister Lois Carrigan. Memorial services will be held on Friday, August 26, 2011 at 5 pm at Our Lady of the Chesapeake, 8325 Ventor Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 Ph# 410-255-3871.
