Jimmy dedicated 50 years of his professional life to the paper industry, building a remarkable career with Graham Jones, Mead and Mac Papers. A consistent Salesman of the Year, year after year, Jimmy treated his clients like family, forming lasting relationships built on trust, integrity, and genuine care.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Jimmy especially loved baseball and college football. He gave back to his community as a coach with the Tampa Bay Little League and was an avid and devoted fan of the Florida Gators. He was passionate about fitness and water skiing.
In retirement, Jimmy and Margo moved to Lake Lure, North Carolina, where they cherished life on the water. Known affectionately around the lake as “ Captain Jim”, he delighted friends and neighbors with his boat tours. He was always eager to share his love of the lake and its beauty.
