Wills, James K. 85 of Clearwater died Thursday Sept. 22 at home. Born June 4, 1926 in Sidney Ohio he was the son of the late Kurt and Lucille Singer Wills. James graduated from University Notre Dam with his Doctorate’s degree. He served in the Us Army during WWII and worked as an Accountant and Prosecuting Attorney. He loved his family and friends. He married Catherine Elizabeth Dearth Wills who died Dec. 17, 2007. James is survived by his two daughters Robin Cressman of Clearwater and Mary (Michael) Snyder of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Four sons; James K. Wills of Salinas Cali., Stephen D. (Jean) Wills of Palm Harbor, Mark D. Wills of Clearwater and David M (Debbie) Wills of Tampa, Fl. James is also survived by his brother Jerry (Joanne) Wills of Tucson, ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
