Jill Ellen Fox-Nieswand, age 44, of Indian Shores, Florida passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020. Jill was born July 15, 1976 in Media, Pennsylvania to Molly Burke and Bruce Fox. Raised in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, where she enjoyed participating in English horseback riding.
June 10th, 2007, Jill married her husband Blake Nieswand on the beach of Indian Shores, Florida, becoming a step-mother to both Chad and Cory.
When Jill was not bartending, serving, restaurant/ bar managing, Jill enjoyed reading, watching police dramas and the FoodNetwork. She was a true Tampa Bay Rays, Buccaneers, and Lightnings fan, attending many of the events, she was present for the New York Yankees World Series, as well as attending numerous College Bowl games for Michigan State University.
Jill is survived by her husband, Blake Nieswand; step-son Chad Nieswand; and step-son Cory Nieswand; mother Molly Burke; brother Derek Fox (Ashley); niece and nephew, Taylor and Cooper. Jill was preceded in death by father Bruce Fox.
A gathering of friends for Jill will be held Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, Florida 33774. A memorial service will occur Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Largo, Florida. A reception will occur Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Largo, Florida.
