I never got to know my sister Joan until about 5 years ago when my daughter Ruthanne Palumbo called the cemetery office where our parents are buried.
She found out Peters number  when she contacted Hunterdon County High school and found his name on the alumni registry. Ruth called Peter and the rest is history. 
She and Jim came  up to Wilmington to see us. I am embarrassed to say I did not get to Florida to see her. I had been adopted and my adopted family  did not want my where abouts to be known. My fathers sister lived in Clinton NJ at the time. Nothing was every told to me about the adoption or that I had family.
I was blessed  to be able to meet her before she passed.
