Greeby, Joann D. 66 of Largo died Saturday July 16th at Largo Medical Center. Born May 8, 1950 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; she was the daughter of James M. Jr. and Hazel D. (Townsend) Greeby. Joann graduated from Abington HS in 1968 and University of PA Hospital of Nursing in 1971 as an LPN. Joann moved here from Roslyn, PA. in 1975. She enjoyed helping out at the Clearwater Marine Science Center and modeled in several of its charity fashion shows. Joann retired after having worked for many years with Moss Feaster Funeral Home, Largo Chapel and was a member of St. Dunstan's Anglican Church and a former member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Glenside, PA. Joann loved scuba diving a was most proud of the giant lobster she caught on one of her many trips to the Bahama Islands. Joann is survived by a brother James M Greeby, III of Yardley, PA, and sister Joyce (Michael) Carley of DeBary, Florida. Nieces and nephews: Kristen Greeby of Connecticut; Joshua Greeby of Daytona Beach, FL: Rachel Greeby of New Jersey; James Michael Greeby of Oakland Park, FL; and Heidi (TJ) Taylor of Jasper, Alabama, Joann is also predeceased by her parents and her brother, Jerold T.
