He was born on January 30, 1938 in Rimersburg, PA to Joe and Maria (Lamendola) Bosco and was a long time resident of Arnold, PA until he and his wife Charleen M. (Jarczynski) Bosco moved to FL to be close to their family.

After retiring, in addition to spending as much time as possible with his granddaughters, Joe enjoyed golf, spending time with his family, annual Thanksgivings in Florida, reading and studying the bible, and spending time with his friends.

He loved the Lord and was an evangelical, faithful servant sharing the Word of God with everyone he encountered. He was also involved with many groups in the Alle-Kiski Valley including Ezekiel 37, The Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus, Full Gospel Business Men’s Association, Pittsburgh East Full Gospel Church, and the Kingdom Men of New Kensington.

Besides his parents, three brothers Charles, Peter and infant, Pietro and three sisters Verna Terrana-Napoli, Mary Cipolla, and infant Angelina preceded him in death.

Bosco, daughter-in-law Patti (Marsico), and John Bosco; granddaughters Maria Bosco and Faith Bosco, her husband, Alex Torres and great-grandson A.J.
