92 of St Petersburg, Florida passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017.
Joe was born on April 25, 1925 in Charleston, SC. He grew up in Brooklyn, New York, joined the Navy at 17, and is a Veteran of World World II. He moved his family to Long Island, New York and retired from Standard Folding Cartons Company after 40 years of service.
Joe retired in Largo, Florida and is now joining his wife, Candida Ruda of 66 years of marriage.
Joe is survived by his daughters, Rachel Kaylor and Renee Aviano; 4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
