Keith Gaylard Wright

Keith was born on the 28th of February 1938 in Fall River, Massachusetts to Adeline Mary Wright (Labrie) and Clarence Roscoe Wright. He grew up on Meridian Street, and later Robeson Street, and graduated from Durphy Highschool in 1956. He then served in the United States Coast Guard as a Plane Spotter for a period of time before moving to California where he met his wife, Carol Ann Wampler. On the 27th of July 1961, they were happily married in Los Angeles, California.

They worked and lived in the greater Los Angeles area for 20 years more before eventually moving to Texas, Florida, New Jersey and finally returning to Florida in retirement.

In his career, Keith worked as an AR/PR manager in the bottled water industry for major carriers around the nation (Arrowhead, Ozarka, Deer Park and Perrier).

He enjoyed his work, but he loved his family and the community around him. Having a genuine sense of duty, empathy and service led him to support others in varied capacities throughout his life - parish vestries and events, Boy Scouts of America troops and gatherings, Vietnamese families seeking citizenship and re-homing, community initiatives and more. Most recently, he was an active member of St. Dunstan’s Anglican Church of Largo Florida. While here he served on the vestry, sang in the choir and provided many other layers of support to the church and its members. He cherished and loved his congregation, and served God with joy.

He is survived by a host of loving family and friends. His Sisters, Cynthia Myrtle Jonah, Gail Norma Badeker. Children, Son Kevin Michael Wright (and spouse Patti Louise (Nicol); Son Brian David Wright (and Spouse Jenna Jeanne (Baillod); Daughter Cristin Marie Monge (and Spouse Marco Vinicio Monge). Grandchildren,Emily Lannom; Logan Wright; Heather Truesdale; Aaron Wright; Joshua Wright; Maria Monge; Marco Jr. Monge; Antonio Monge. Great Grandchildren, Tyler Truesdale ; Grayson Truesdale; Lorelei Lannom.
