Kevin R Ginan, 64, of Seminole, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in February 1960 in Long Island, NY, to the late Muriel and Jim Ginan. He married his sweetheart, Carol, in 1987, and they shared 37 years of happiness and adventure.
Kevin was a successful real estate investor who had a passion for transforming properties and creating beautiful spaces. He was also a generous and caring person who served as a board member of the Boys and Girls Club and supported many other charitable causes. He loved spending time with his family and friends, making frequent trips to Lowe's, and riding motorcycles with his brothers and fellow enthusiasts.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; his sons, Rick and Jason; his grandchildren, Julie, Austin, and Cameron; his brothers, Jimmy and Mark; his sister, Kim; and many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
A celebration of Kevin's life will be held from 3-5:30 pm on March 15, 2024, at Serenity Gardens, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, Fl 33774. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Melanoma Research Foundation in Kevins memory.
