Aunt DeDe once told me my dog was glued to my hip.  She was the glue that kept a group of diverse cousins together.

With the coming of spring, the thoughts of sports fans turn to baseball.  As I begin to look forward to the 2012 season my thoughts also look back to Aunt DeDe.  She was my "sports buddy."  She loved her Tampa Bay Rays.  When they charged their way into the playoffs last season, she was so excited, and said if they went no further she was satisfied.  She got so much joy out of life and always seemed much younger than her years.  Her laugh was beautiful to hear.  During her annual summer visits she would share that joy and love with all of us in New York.  We will miss her so!

In my memory, Aunt DeDe was always smiling.  She was bright and cheerful and so sweet, and her disposition was contagious; one couldn't help but smile right back.  It was easy to see how much she loved her family and friends, and it was so easy for us to love her, too.  She really was an angel and I'll bet she is still smiling down at us from Heaven.  We will miss you, Aunt DeDe!

Louise & Conrad lived across the street from our farm in Wayne, NJ. They were with my family through good and sad times. I have wonderful memories growing up with them as our neighbors and attending all of our family events, and I will deeply miss Louise. My mom Anne  also shared many fun times with Louise.They were best of friends. She always had a kind word, and we will miss her voice, her spirit and beautiful notes. Our deepest sympathy to her family. We loved her.

Aunt Louise was such a loving special lady who always made you feel like you were the favorite when you were with her.  She touched everyone's heart the same way. She had no children of her own, but she enjoyed all those around her as if they were her own.  She treasured her friends and family and kept us all connected with her calls and cards.  She was blessed with a church family, loving neighbors and friends as well as her family.  We will treasure all the memories and keep a special place in our hearts for her.  It is with a heavy heart we let you go to heaven to be with the angels.  We love you forever.

It's difficult to express adequately how blessed we were to have an aunt like Aunt DeDe and how much we will miss her.  Thankfully, I will still get to hear the echoes of her laugh in my memories, and the accent that she still carried from her years in the Northeast, and the wonderful way she would say "beauty-ful."  The front porch in North Branch (NY) won't be the same without her.  So grateful to have known her.

I was so sorry to hear of Louise's passing. We lived next to her for 10 years. Everyone should be lucky enough to have a neighbor and friend like Louise. She was such a lovely person. I am grateful to hear she celebrated her 89th birthday and was healthy to the end. She is with Conrad now. But those of us she left will really miss her.

Aunt DeDe will be missed, she is now a beautiful angel watching over the all the Priebe Family and the brightest star in the sky at nite.

Louise grew up like a sister to my Mom, Eleanor. I have many special memories of the times we shared with her and Conrad. When I got married, Louise gave me my grandmother's Anna's ring, which meant a lot to me. I will miss her very much.

Louise and Conrad were special friends to the Hurst Family. Louise and my Mother in law, Irene, were like sisters. There are many wonderful memories that we are blessed to have. She will be extremely missed by all of us. 
Rest In Peace, Louise. HEAVEN is truly a blessed place with you there.

I have fond memories of both Louise and Conrad, especially during my childhood when they lived in New Jersey.  Like my sister, I will truly miss Louise's notes and cards and phone calls which were always upbeat and optimistic.  I was looking forward to seeing her in person in a week, but take solace knowing she'll be smiling down on us all alongside Conrad.  God rest her Soul...

Louise was a beautiful person! She always had kind things to say about my dear Mom every time I saw her!  I am happy for you Louise that you are finally again with your beloved husband!!  I will miss your wonderful smile!

Louise was such a wonderful person and she had a special spot in our hearts, as did Conrad.  We enjoyed the year's we had the pleasure of living across the street from them.  Our son, Peter, was especially fond of Louise.  For several years she took the time to look after him while we spent the summers in New York running our resort.
We spoke at Christmas about how we would always keep in touch, though we no longer had our house in Florida.  She was so happy that I called and that we had the opportunity to talk about old times.
