She was predeceased by her husband Phillip M. Vaughn, as well as, her parents; James and Rose Mingle, Brothers; Jimmy Mingle, Larry Mingle and Sister; Regina Pellechio.
Louise is missed by her Daughter Charity D. Seymour, Grandson; Ryan James Seymour, Granddaughter; Victoria Louise Bires, Sisters; Margaret Mingle and Rose Hinson, Brothers; Chris T. Mingle and William F. Mingle.
She had 14 Nieces and Nephews and 12 Grand Nieces and Nephews.
We all loved her.
