Marcia Ellen Davis, age 76, passed away peacefully at her home in Belleair Beach, Fl on December 29, 2025. She is predeceased by her parents John and Ellen Stevens her brother John Stevens and his son Johnathan Stevens.
Marcia was born in Detroit and raised on the family farm in Elk Rapids, Michigan. She was a graduate of the University of Michigan. Most of her career was in retail culminating as a buyer for Maas Brothers Department Stores. She loved her job travelling the world buying merchandise for their stores.
She is survived by her husband Rudy Davis and the two cats she dearly loved Domino and Sheba. She is also survived by her sister Suzanne Williams, nephew Marc Hoopfer (Heidi) and grand-nephew Brayden Hoopfer. Her brother’s wife Barbara and their children Jennifer Stevens and daughter Mae, Laura Croke (Jim) and Johnathan’s son John Q Stevens.
Marcia was a gracious and generous person and contributed to several charities as well as donating to causes within her community where she had lived for 46 years. She was an avid runner for over 25 years and enjoyed kayaking and tennis, but shopping was her passion.
Her husband and family will hold a Celebration of Life in the spring.
