She was born in Long Island, New York to Mary Irene Loebig and Francis Loebig. She was predeceased by her husband, E. Richard Bolster, whom she was married to for 66 years, and also by their youngest daughter, Beth Ann Williams and step-granddaughter, Mollie Hair.
She is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Hair and Erin Shimkonis; her grandsons, MSgt. Ryan Hines and Cody Fletcher; her granddaughters, Carly Hair and Haley "Salem" Shimkonis; step-granddaughter, Janey Hair and step-great-granddaughter, Zoe Hair.
She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Largo, Florida.
