

Mike was born on April 5, 1955, in Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, to Conrado O. Sebastian and Cayetana Caingat Sebastian
He is survived by his beloved mother, Cayetana Caingat Sebastian, his siblings, Josefina Sebastian Yatco, Onofre C. Sebastian, Ireneo C. Sebastian, and his son, Michael D. Sebastian, along with extended family and many friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Mike was a hardworking and accomplished man. He graduated from FEATI University in Manila with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and became a PRC Licensed Master Plumber. He dedicated many years of his career to Pinellas County, where he worked hard and took pride in serving his community. Throughout his professional life, Mike was known for his dedication, knowledge, and strong work ethic.
Mike was a devoted husband and father. He loved his wife deeply, and after her passing, he continued to carry her memory and the love they shared throughout his life. His family was at the center of his world, and his love, guidance, and presence will be deeply missed.
Mike enjoyed the simple things that brought him happiness. He loved fishing, cooking, and watching his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He enjoyed sharing food and spending time with the people he loved, creating memories that his family will treasure for years to come.
Mike will be remembered for the life he lived, the love he gave, the lessons he shared, and the memories he created with those around him. Although he is no longer with us, his memory will continue to live on through his family and all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
He is now at peace and reunited with his beloved wife, together once again.
Celebration of Life
A ceremony honoring Mike’s life will be held at The Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle, in the chapel.
